Job summary

SysTechCorp Inc. is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer (FDE) to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise Finance, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, LangChain, and Databricks, and collaboration with Finance executives and data teams. You will lead POC development, establish evaluation frameworks, and drive production readiness while ensuring governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML engineering and Generative AI.
• Strong Finance domain knowledge (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax) and enterprise Finance ops exposure.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI and AI agents; cloud-based AI/ML tech.
• Azure cloud and Azure AI services experience; LangChain & LLM frameworks.
• Knowledge of data platforms; data governance and trusted data sources.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production; APIs & scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solutions aligned with enterprise Finance objectives.
• Build and deploy LLM-based apps, RAG architectures, AI agents, decision-support tools.
• Develop agentic AI workflows to optimize Finance processes.
• Implement prompt engineering, orchestration, tools, guardrails, fallbacks.
• Collaborate with Finance to turn requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate trusted data sources with Data Engineering teams.
• Create model evaluation, testing, and performance benchmarking.
• Monitor AI solution quality, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure Responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance compliance.
• Lead AI projects from design to production readiness.
