Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a senior AI/ML lead to design, develop, and deploy AI orchestration solutions for Generative AI applications in the United States. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, AI, or ML.
• 2+ years in a technical lead or engineering lead role.
• Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure services.
• Proficient in Python and API/microservices development.
• Deep knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI orchestration solutions for Generative AI applications.
• Build AI workflows integrating Snowflake, ML models, LLMs, and unstructured data (RAG).
• Develop agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Implement AI best practices including Responsible AI, guardrails, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions on Azure.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance.
