Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a senior AI/ML engineering leader to design, develop, and deploy orchestration solutions for Generative AI projects on Azure. You will build end-to-end AI workflows, integrate Snowflake data, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Software Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead role.
• Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure services.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Orchestration, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Snowflake, including Semantic Views and Cortex Analyst.
• Strong Python programming skills with API and Microservices development.
• Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and production AI deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
