Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Associate, AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications, workflows, and prototypes for enterprise use. You will work with experienced engineers to prototype ideas, evaluate models, and deploy solutions across the business.

This role emphasizes hands-on AI work, prompt engineering, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. The position supports hybrid work with occasional evenings for global collaboration, and involves staying current with emerging AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of software engineering or AI-related experience.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications, workflows, and prototypes.
• Develop prompts, AI agents, skills, and automation solutions to solve business problems.
• Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and developer tools.
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern software engineering practices.
