Job summary

Acuity Inc. offers a 10–12 week paid internship for college students to gain hands-on experience across Finance Transformation, AI, software development, and product teams.

Interns work on real projects, interact with leaders, and explore full-time opportunities through Acuity's BUILD program. The program emphasizes collaboration, skill development, and exposure to enterprise software, data analytics, and automation in a dynamic, onsite setting in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, financial systems, technology or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work full-time during the internship period.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Finance Transformation, System Enhancement, Application Engineering, End-User Support, and Agentic AI.
• Apply AI and analytics to expedite software development and enhancement requests.
• Support the design, testing, and enhancement of software leveraging AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions with close collaboration with Product Management and team members.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to deliver on requirements and help translate business needs into product capabilities.
• Analyze applications and data to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
• Own project deliverables and present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to business and technology leaders.
