Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, financial systems, technology, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work full-time during the internship period
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Finance Transformation, System Enhancement, Application Engineering, End‑User Support, and Agentic AI.
• Apply AI and analytics to accelerate software development and enhancement requests.
• Support the design, testing, and enhancement of software leveraging AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation with collaboration from Product Management and team members.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to translate business needs into product capabilities.
• Analyze applications and data to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
• Own project deliverables and present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to business and technology leaders.
