• Analyze customer channels, market trends, segmentation and competitive benchmarking.
• Work with structured/unstructured data, support data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Apply Lean/AI tools to automate simple business processes and improve efficiency.
• Explore tools like Figma, Confluence, Miro, Power BI and Power Automate for business needs.
