Qualifications

• Relevant prior work or internship experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, technology, consulting, or related business functions.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving results in ambiguous and fast‑paced environments
• Familiarity with agile delivery and product development processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in Finance Transformation, Product Management, and Agentic AI.
• Apply AI and analytics to improve financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business decision‑making.
• Support the design, testing, and enhancement of AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into product capabilities.
• Analyze reports, dashboards, and data to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
• Own project deliverables and present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to business and technology leaders.
