Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a technical leader to transform how our Finance organization operates—building AI-powered, auditable solutions for reporting, close, reconciliation, and forecasting. You will partner with Finance leadership and our Data Science team to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver production-grade workflows that scale with the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Finance/Accounting.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and delivering production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows, with leadership.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation to finance or accounting processes.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including P&L, close and reporting.
• Full-stack development ability with front-end review experience (React/Streamlit) without a separate front-end team.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience on modern cloud data platforms.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and deliver outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to translate between technical and finance audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered solutions across the accounting lifecycle, from high-volume transactional work to management reporting and forecasting.
• Apply LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows to real business problems and pilot in development environments.
• Collaborate with Data Services to deploy solutions to production and with Data Science to improve forecasting workflows.
• Partner with Finance leadership to understand workflows and translate needs into technical deliverables.
