Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an AI Engineer - Finance to partner with our Finance organization. You’ll identify high-value AI use cases, build initial solutions with finance teams, and empower them to sustain capabilities with governance and controls in mind.

You’ll work across ERP, consolidation, and reporting systems, ensuring scalable, auditable AI that improves close processes and financial reporting. Strong financial domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in software engineering, applied ML/AI, or solutions engineering with client-facing delivery.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Understanding of accounting and finance workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify AI improvements.
• Quantify use-case value and prioritize the engagement pipeline.
• Coach teams to build and own their AI solutions and enable self-sufficiency.
• Ensure solutions align with SOX controls and internal data governance.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers and Data teams to integrate with ERP and reporting systems.
