Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Data Analytics team's data, analytics, and AI products. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to rollout AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, measure success, and drive adoption in a large, matrixed organization while delivering at pace and ensuring business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building data, analytics, AI, or other technically complex products.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives within a large organization and delivering at pace.
• A steady, decisive leadership style with strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in uncertainty.
• Experience working with data, analytics, engineering, or data science teams to develop enterprise products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Analytics team’s data, analytics, and AI products.
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear priorities and product requirements, balancing business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and speed.
• Lead the development and rollout of AI-native analytics capabilities, partnering across engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams.
• Navigate ambiguity, create clarity, and drive complex initiatives forward with urgency in a large, matrixed organization.
• Define success metrics, drive adoption and change management, and continuously improve products based on user feedback and data.
• Communicate priorities, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including build-versus-buy decisions.
