Job summary

Baker Hughes Company’s ASPIRE Finance program is a two-year rotational and training experience designed to develop recent graduates into financial leaders. It combines rotations with formal learning in finance, accounting, business and leadership, with coaching and mentoring to accelerate career growth.

Participants gain broad exposure to finance challenges across commercial, supply chain, FP&A, treasury and investor relations, while building the skills required to lead in a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Most recent degree completed within the last 24 months.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Continuous learning mindset, accountability and integrity.
• Geographically mobile based on role/assignment availability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.

• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,866 - $83,000 Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
