Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor award balances and resolve budget issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and refine project budgets at award time.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and quarterly budget check-ins with funded teams.
• Prepare clear financial reports for program leadership and track spending.
• Support budgeting, tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, procurement, and vendor coordination.
