Job summary

TheHiveCareers is seeking a motivated accounting and administration professional to manage all financial transactions, including payments, expenses, bank deposits, and budgets. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and coordinate with the management team.

Responsibilities include invoicing, entering bills in QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, payroll preparation, and maintenance of HR/files. You will supervise the finance/admin team and liaise with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and administration or related field.
• Experience with accounting and administration software/tools.
• Experience generating invoices and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions including payments, expenses, bank deposits and budgets.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Prepare monthly journals (depreciation, interest income/expense).
• Maintain fixed asset/software register and payable/receivable schedules.
