Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Specialist to support the monthly close, reporting, budgeting, and delivering essential insights to help achieve our strategic goals. You will maintain internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, prepare financial reports, and assist with external audits, tax compliance, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries for monthly close.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts for GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance/trend analyses.
• Assist with external audits and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support NetSuite system implementations.
