Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Finance & Accounting AI Trainer / Subject Matter Expert for an innovative technology organization supporting the development and improvement of advanced artificial intelligence systems. This is a fully remote, 12-week contract project offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to apply real-world finance or accounting expertise in an emerging AI environment.
The Finance & Accounting AI Trainer / Subject Matter Expert will apply professional finance or accounting expertise to help train and evaluate advanced AI models. This individual will create and review realistic finance and accounting problems, assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, identify technical or reasoning errors, and provide clear written explanations of the correct approach. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, technologically comfortable, and interested in applying their expertise beyond a traditional corporate environment.
This contract opportunity offers a $125/hour full project rate. Candidates who advance will complete a paid Starter Assessment, expected to take approximately 3–4 hours, for a $240 flat payment. Paid onboarding and training are also provided before beginning full project work. This is an independent contractor project and traditional employee benefits are not provided.
