Lumen’s Finance & Accounting Rotational Program (FAR) offers a two-year, highly competitive path for emerging leaders to gain broad exposure across Finance while developing financial, business, data, and technology skills. As a FAR Analyst, you’ll rotate across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and more, using data, AI, automation, and new ways of working to improve business outcomes.

Formación

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance & Accounting functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to simplify or redesign processes.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel/data tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations translating concepts into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and continuous learning within a high-performing team.
