Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; CPA is preferred.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Professional presence and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a member of the team by proactively supporting team goals.
• Conduct qualitative analysis and present findings to team/clients.
• Perform quantitative analysis using MS Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with team members and clients at all levels, support project teams and manage expectations.
• Get trained on various electronic tools used by the firm.
• Assist with client assessments of best practices in cloud computing and accounting workflows.
• Create workflow and process maps for current and proposed processes.
• Document accounting policies and procedures for client businesses.
• Help document client assessments with before/after recommendations.
• Assist with AR/AP and bank reconciliation documentation and evaluate BILL implementation needs.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and improvement of related processes.
• Work with regulatory compliance, Excel modeling and pivot tables.
