Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; CPA is preferred.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a member of the team by proactively assisting team members and supporting goals.
• Conduct research and qualitative analysis to present to team/client.
• Perform quantitative analysis using tools including MS Excel.
• Work with team members at all levels, support client project teams, and manage client expectations.
• Get trained on various electronic tools.
• Assist with client assessments of best practices in cloud computing, technology, accounting systems, and department workflow.
• Create accounting workflow and process flowcharts for current and new processes.
• Create accounting policies & procedures documentation for clients’ businesses.
• Help document Client Assessments with before/after recommendations presentations.
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable and bank statement reconciliation and process documentation; assess need for BILL implementation.
• Balance sheet reconciliation processes and improvements.
• Work with regulatory compliance, Excel modeling and pivot tables.
