Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Financial & Accounting Outsourcing Intern to support a growing team in Atlanta. You will assist with qualitative and quantitative analyses, research, and client work across accounting processes and workflow documentation.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA being preferred. You will gain exposure to cloud-based practices, financial controls, and client service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a team member, support team goals and client projects.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses using various tools including MS Excel.
• Assist with client assessments, workflows, and accounting documentation.
• Support accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations under supervision.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and process documentation improvements.
