Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day North America accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls in a high-volume environment involving cash logistics and service operations.

The role partners with field operations, finance leadership, and corporate teams to support complex processes. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, CPA or MBA preferred, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred.
6–10 years of progressive accounting experience in large multi-location or service-based organization.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or cash-intensive business is a plus.
Management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and schedules; review journals and reconciliations.
Oversee accounting for revenue recognition, costs of services, and operating expenses across locations.
Partner with operations teams to ensure proper accounting for cash logistics and transportation activities.
Maintain and enhance internal controls to comply with SOX and company policies; support audits.
Manage, develop, and mentor accounting staff; drive accountability and performance.
Collaborate with FP&A and regional leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
