Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + 6 years related work experience.
Master’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years related work experience.
Experience in higher education financial operations.

Responsibilities

Participate in department-wide planning and policy development.
Directly supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with accounting, leasing, maintenance, and resident services to improve processes.
Prepare monthly and annual profit & loss statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable and financial records.
Oversee budgets and financial reporting for university operations.
Cross-train on daily office processes as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
