Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is launching a three-year rotational program across Accounting/Controllership, Audit, and Finance. Participants rotate through enterprise groups such as Claim, Corporate, Technology, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and modeling.

You will work with AI tools to evaluate outputs and improve processes. The program emphasizes learning, mentoring, networking, and leadership development, with travel for occasional business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least one year of finance or accounting experience, including internships.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Cumulative GPA 3.4+ preferred.

Job description

• Gain experience in accounting and controllership, auditing and internal controls, FP&A, financial reporting, and modeling
• Use modern analytical and AI tools/platforms and evaluate the quality and accuracy limitations of AI-assisted outputs
• Complete hands‑on assignments focused on accounting and controls, finance, insurance, self‑leadership, and influencing others
• Engage in targeted learning and development, mentoring, networking, community engagement, and project leadership
• Learn and adapt quickly, challenge inefficiencies, bring new ideas, take initiative, and engage with diverse perspectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Attend occasional business meetings and events requiring travel

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related business field
• At least one year of finance, accounting, or related industry experience, including internship experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater preferred
