Textron invites you to join its 2027 Leadership Development Internship Program in Finance & Accounting, a 10-week, paid summer opportunity designed to develop leadership and technical skills.

You'll work on real projects across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or related areas, mentored by experienced professionals. Eligible students gain exposure to enterprise leaders, participate in hands-on training, and may explore a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Proactive and results-driven individual.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful/problem solver.
• Able to quickly adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship across finance or accounting functions.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects to grow leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.
• Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager.
