Textron Specialized Vehicles in Georgia offers a 2027 Finance Internship that provides hands-on experience in corporate finance, capital planning, and financial analysis. You will work with seasoned professionals on real projects and receive mentorship and training during a 10-week paid summer program.

The internship emphasizes real project work, prepaid stipends, and opportunities to contribute to forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives across Textron’s brands.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of capital requests for future factory and distribution footprint to ensure strategic allocation of funds.
• Develop financial models to forecast shipments and analyze cost and pricing structures.
• Recommend and develop programs to improve profitability and competitive position.
• Work with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and countermeasure departmental budgets.
• Partner with the finance team to assist in month-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal control requirements and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with preparation of management financial statements and corporate reporting.
• Manage large workloads in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
