Textron is hosting a 2027 Leadership Development Internship Program in Information Technology. This paid, 10-week summer internship offers hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies, with potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Eligible students are pursuing a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must be geographically mobile across Textron’s U.S. business units.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• Proactive and results‑driven individual

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship project in a defined IT area (Cyber Security, PLM, Data Analytics, or Technology Manufacturing)
• Contribute to diverse projects to grow leadership, business acumen, and technical skills
• Work in a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager
