Job summary

LionsBot USA seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to own the full finance and accounting function for our North American subsidiary, building the financial foundation as we scale the U.S. operations, including sales, service infrastructure, and dealer network.

The Finance Manager is the senior on-site finance leader, partnering with the President and coordinating with LionsBot International in Singapore on group reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years as most senior on site.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks) or comparable.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with U.S. multi-state statutory compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Pre-employment background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver management packages.
• Provide gross margin and profitability analysis by product, channel, and customer.
• Manage AR/collections, credit reviews, and maintain clean AR ledger.
• Oversee AP cycle, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany coordination with Singapore HQ.
• Coordinate statutory filings, tax readiness, and audit preparation.
• Lead budgeting process and financial planning, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
