Job summary

LionsBot International is seeking a Finance Manager to own the full finance and accounting function for our North American subsidiary. This hands‑on role leads monthly close, financial reporting, margin analysis, pricing support, AR/AP, and statutory compliance across U.S.

states, coordinating with LionsBot International in Singapore. The ideal candidate builds finance from scratch, communicates clearly to non‑finance executives, and reports to the President of LionsBot USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with on-site senior role.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/QuickBooks).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close, financial reporting, and variance commentary.
• Lead gross margin analysis, pricing support, and profitability reviews.
• Manage AR/AP, collections, and credit reviews; maintain cash flow.
• Coordinate intercompany reporting with LionsBot Singapore.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax registrations.
