United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager/Lead to ensure timely, accurate financial data for business decisions. This full-time, remote-first role supports multiple entities globally and will drive data capture, booking, and reporting while ensuring compliance.

You will own month-end close, prepare internal and external reports, coordinate sales tax/VAT, and push automation and AI to scale processes.

Qualifications

• Foundation in finance and accounting.
• Ability to close books quickly and accurately.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Close the month within 3 business days for 15 entities globally.
• Prepare entity and consolidated financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Coordinate sales tax/VAT calculations, reporting and filings with external partners.
• Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual, repetitive work.
