Job summary

LionsBot USA is seeking a Finance Manager to own the full finance and accounting function for our North American subsidiary. This pivotal role will drive financial close, reporting, profitability analysis, and cash flow across the U.S. operations, coordinating with LionsBot International in Singapore.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, autonomous, and capable of building processes from scratch while communicating clearly to executive leadership. This role reports to the President of LionsBot USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with on-site senior finance lead role.
• ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or QuickBooks experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with multi-state US tax compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment onboarding including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and deliver management packs to leadership.
• Prepare quarterly management packs and support executive presentations.
• Coordinate with LionsBot International finance team in Singapore on reporting.
• Develop gross margin reporting by product/channel/segment and analyze profitability.
• Oversee AR/AP, cash flow forecasting, and intercompany cash management with HQ.
• Ensure statutory compliance and GAAP adherence across U.S. states.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
