Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to the field — or have recently graduated with a relevant degree.
• Typically expected to have completed at least 2 years of college coursework, especially for co-op roles.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support month end close including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis. Help bring automation to reporting through AI or other means.
• Contribute to projects that align with their academic background and team objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, contribute to team goals and shared deliverables.
• Hands‑On Experience: interns are embedded in their teams and gain exposure to real-world environments, tools, and workflows.
• Mentorship & Coaching: each student is paired with a coach or mentor to guide their development and integration into the team.
• Presentation & Reflection: at the end of the program, students present their project outcomes and reflect on their learning to BTS leadership.
