Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice review and vendor/customer correspondence
• Support monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
• Help prepare for and support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and data compilation for internal stakeholders
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation
