Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Experience with JavaScript and/or C# fundamentals
• Experience with browser developer tools and basic web development technologies including HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data structures
• Experience using debugging and troubleshooting tools
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, or low-code platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Operations: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, configure systems, assist with installations, moves and upgrades
• Contribute to Projects: software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, or infrastructure support
• Provide End-User Support: resolve service tickets, support desktop and laptop users
• Document and Analyze: maintain documentation for IT processes and assist in testing
• Collaborate Across Teams: engage with cross-functional teams and meetings
• Hands-On Experience: gain exposure to real-world IT environments, tools and workflows
• Mentorship & Coaching: paired with a coach or mentor
• Presentation & Reflection: present project outcomes to BTS leadership
