Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or similar analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and executive reporting packages for senior leadership and Board.
• Analyze financial, operational, statistical, and cost data to identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare analyses, variance explanations, and management reporting for decisions.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance-monitoring tools.
• Extract, validate, organize, and interpret data from financial systems.
• Create executive presentations communicating results and insights.
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and support decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements for reporting quality and efficiency.
• Support benchmarking and industry comparisons as needed.
