Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Dallas-based cloud consulting firm to hire an experienced Accounting/Finance Analyst. This full-time, in-office role supports financial reporting, General Ledger, payroll, and HR processes under the CFO, including SAP data entry and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cash management, and preparing recurring financial reports for leadership. Requires 2+ years in accounting/finance and SAP experience; Bachelor's in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring financial and management reports.
• Assist with Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation, review, and analysis.
• Support cash management activities including, reporting, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain the General Ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transaction reviews.
• Enter and maintain accurate SAP data and develop SAP reports.
• Support payroll processing and employee onboarding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams on onboarding and records control.
