The candidate will handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and month-end close activities, while supporting annual audits and tax form preparation. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of GAAP and financial statement accuracy.
• Experience processing payroll, AR, and AP.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Process payroll, AR/AP transactions, and bank deposits.
• Maintain filing system and internal controls over accounting transactions.
• Assist with audits and IRS forms (1099) as needed.
