Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions North America LLC is seeking a Finance and Accounting professional to secure financial operations, including month-end financial reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis. The role supports cost center budgeting and aligns with audit controls.

The successful candidate will manage month-end close, governance of the general ledger, and ensure data accuracy using SAP and HFM. Collaboration with the Central Finance Team and business managers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting and finance reporting
• Strong understanding of business planning and financial reporting
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP and HFM/Hyperion preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, GL, reconciliations, and travel & expense processes
• Support budget and forecast cycles with cost center detail
• Manage month-end/year-end closing and coordinate with Central Finance Team
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to accounting policies
• Monitor billing, PO status, and asset tracking in SAP
• Lead governance of general ledger and headcount reporting
