Job summary

Aditi Consulting in Plano, TX is seeking a Finance Analyst to analyze financial data, reconcile payments, and deliver reporting to management. The role requires SAP R/3 experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with retail operations.

This full-time position offers exposure to budgeting, financial data analytics, and cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of directly related experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of directly related experience.
Prior experience in retail operations preferred.
Accounting experience utilizing SAP R/3 software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze actual operating results and interpret data to present results to management.
Respond to budget-related requests for financial data.
Reconcile promotional claims and POS activity.
Research payment reconciliation issues arising from audits, exception reports, or remittance changes.
Generate required reports to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances.
Reconcile carrier commissions against in-store reporting to ensure timely and accurate payment.
Deliver finance/reporting and financial data analytics to various key business stakeholders.
Create actionable spending plans using appropriate data.
