Edgeworth Economics is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in the Washington, DC area. This role covers daily accounting, financial reporting, client billing, accounts payable, month-end close, audit support, and process improvements.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 2–5 years of experience, GAAP knowledge, experience with Sage Intacct/Concur and Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Concur.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks and support month-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly accruals and journal entries.
• Assist with financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations.
• Support billing, accounts payable, and audit activities.
• Help implement process improvements and automation.
