Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and journals.
• Understanding of internal controls and documented records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process payments to vendors, employees, candidates and others.
• Monitor cash positions and reconcile across bank accounts and entities.
• Administer Concur expense platform and review expense reports.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and variances.
• Support monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and policy upkeep.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting activities.
