The position requires proactive, tech-savvy candidates with advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and a strong background in GL and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in staff accounting or general ledger accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of prepaid expenses, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technologies.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Interest or experience using AI-powered tools and automation technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and testing of a new ERP system, ensuring accounting processes and data are properly configured and functioning effectively.
• Reconcile cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain and prepare schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Assist with data cleanup, migration, and validation efforts during the ERP transition.
• Support month-end close activities and general accounting operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and leverage technology to drive efficiency.
