Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).
• Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• Pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1–8.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to participate in a team environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and customer Bills of Materials.
• Familiarity with First Piece, In Process, Audit, and Final Quality Control Inspection Procedure.
• Ability to use inspection gauges (Calipers, Rulers, Microscope, etc).
• Monitor processes, materials, or surroundings.
• Ability to work on single task / procedures / products.
• Repetitive tasks.
• Ability to support 1-2 product lines / customer(s).
• Usually receives detailed instructions on work.
• Works under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product in the production assembly process through final system assembly.
• Verify product compliance to workmanship standards.
• Verify process compliance to procedures.
• Verify documentation compliance to document control process.
• Ensure product meets customer requirements.
• Perform 1st piece inspections as required throughout manufacturing.
• Dispose assemblies for rework and repair.
• Authorize shipment of product that meets specifications.
• Support ISO standards related to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Support corporate and site 6S objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
