Job summary

Talenique-Inc. is seeking a dedicated Inspector to oversee product quality throughout the assembly process, ensuring conformance to workmanship and customer specs. Responsibilities include 1st piece and in-process inspections, and reporting any nonconformances.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, use inspection tools, and follow ESD and documentation procedures. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of prior experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Proficient with IPC-A-610 inspections and IPC-DVD-64C.
• Accurate use of inspection gauges and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD and board handling requirements.
• Verify workmanship and process conformity to procedures.
• Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Authorize shipments for products meeting specs.
• Support ISO Quality Management Systems and 6S goals.
• Disposal of assemblies for rework and repair.
• Maintain documentation per control procedures.
