Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of experience.
• Ability to identify components and read blueprints.
• Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• Pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1–8.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Teamwork and good communication.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures.
• Ability to use inspection gauges and measuring tools.
• Ability to focus on single tasks with supervision.
• Support multiple product lines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD requirements and board handling.
• Use MSD handling per component moisture levels.
• Verify product compliance to workmanship standards.
• Verify process compliance to procedures.
• Verify documentation per document control process.
• Verify product meets customer requirements.
• Perform 1st piece inspections throughout manufacturing.
• Perform In Process Inspection tasks as required.
• Disposition assemblies for rework and repair.
• Authorize shipment of conforming product.
• Support ISO standards across Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security.
• Support 6S objectives at site and corporate level.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
