Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to verify components, in-process production and finished products, and to document results in logs and electronic files.

The role requires three to six years of related experience, a high school diploma (2-year electronics certificate a plus), IPC-A-610 knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings and perform precise measurements.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of related experience and/or training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical electronics cert is a plus.
• IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, maintenance and process docs.
• Intermediate MS Office and ERP knowledge; basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Approve components, in-process production and finished products and log results.
• Conduct visual and electronic inspections; communicate adjustments to supervisors.
• Use digital measuring tools, CMM and RoHS testing equipment.
• Document inspection results in reports and quality databases.
• Follow ISO procedures; assist in internal production audits.
