Astemo Rock Spring, Inc. in Rock Spring, GA is seeking a Finished Goods Assurance professional for the Assembly department.

This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on final inspection of aluminum parts and brake components, using gauges, markers, fixtures and calipers to ensure parts meet customer requirements. You will join a 3 shifts with about 400 employees, report to the Assembly Supervisor, and support quality, safety and delivery objectives while assisting with check sheets, documentation

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related field experience; Astemo experience preferred.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and use of hand tools.
• Measuring tools experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of aluminum parts and brake components.
• Use gauges, calipers, fixtures to verify part quality.
• Support quality, safety and production targets per plan.
• Complete part quality checks and disposition of defects.
• Report quality issues to Quality and production teams.
• Cross-trained in FGA positions across departments.
