Astemo Rock Spring, Inc. is hiring for Finished Goods Assurance in the Assembly department.

This full-time non-exempt role performs final inspection of aluminum and brake component parts and ensures they meet customer and internal quality standards. You will use gauges, calipers and fixtures, support quality checks per model, and assist with disposition of defective parts while collaborating with Quality and Production teams to meet safety and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 2–5 years relevant work experience.
• Astemo experience is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Perform final inspection of aluminum parts and brake component parts.
• Use gauges, calipers and fixtures to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Support quality assurance per line and disposition of defects.
• Complete part quality checks per model and review check sheets.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production teams; report issues.
