Astemo Rock Spring, Inc. seeks a Finished Goods Assurance professional to perform final inspection of aluminum and brake components. You will use gauges and calipers to verify parts meet specs and support line quality across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing QA, strong problem solving, and proficient use of Excel. This on-site role aligns with OSHA/ISO standards and supports production to plan.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of related experience is preferred.
• Astemo experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of aluminum parts and brake component parts.
• Use gauges, markers, fixtures, jigs, calipers or other measuring devices to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
• Support quality of parts per line(s) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Complete part quality checks per model and review defective parts.
• Assist in ensuring check sheets are complete and perform testing as directed by the Quality team.
• Communicate quality and production issues to management.
