Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Final Quality Assurance team member to support quality audit processes across pulling hoist, detail and finish stages. You will help annotate audit information and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include verifying final audit checklists, tagging units with shipping information, and working with teams to move units from supplier to customer. A high school diploma and teamwork ability are required.

• Manual dexterity and color distinction abilities.
• Experience with quality audits is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Final Quality Assurance position is responsible for facilitating the quality audit systems for the pulling hoist, detail and finish processes, and the annotation and accumulation of quality audit information. Auditors require a working knowledge of all phases of our manufacturing process and the responsibilities of each manufacturing team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides the appropriate product line with any discrepancies noted on product and facilitate the acceptable conclusion of the discrepancies.
• Assists in a timely manner with the completion of the unit from the supplier to the customer (internally speaking).
• Notifies the team leader when the boat paperwork has not been filled out correctly by the department teams.
• Ensures items on final audit checklist are verified and small parts are located in each unit.
• Tags each unit with the correct shipping information tag if necessary.
• Visually inspects all units for discrepancies and annotate appropriate checklist.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Possess the skills to use Pens, calculators, copy machine, marking pencil, and cleaning cloth
