POSITION SUMMARY

The Assembly B position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Installs decking.
  • Installs Z bars and motor pod for framing.
  • Installs carpet and trim.
  • Loads furniture and console.
  • Rigs consoles and installs navigation lights.
  • Installs fencing.
  • Installs furniture.
  • Installs bed board.
  • Cleans, vacuums, and wipes down boats.
  • Stripes boat.
  • Underpinning and under looming.
  • Uses hand tools daily to complete processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Years of experience: No prior experience necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Ability to work in team setting or independently.
  • Ability to understand processes and instructions.
